Short version: we only collect what you send us, only use it to reply and do the work, and never sell it.
NONAME Design Co is an independent design studio based in Perth, Western Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Questions? Email yasha.dicey03@gmail.com.
Only what you send us through the enquiry form or by email: your name, business name, email, phone number (optional), the services you're interested in, your timeline and your message.
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver any project we agree on. We don't sell, rent or share your details for marketing, and we won't add you to a mailing list.
The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your enquiry to our studio inbox. Enquiries are stored in that email account, protected with two-factor authentication. FormSubmit's own privacy policy applies to their service.
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we'll use a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool and update this page.
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as we need them for the work and for tax and legal requirements.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing yasha.dicey03@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
